Wind whistled through the air, sending a chilling affect down her spine. Trees passed by her, very slowly as she ventured forward, her pink hand gripped around the reigns of her horse. A soft hoot in the midnight sky gave way to a owl being there, and she briefly thought of sending an arrow through it. She couldn't remember the last time food had touched her tongue.
With a sad frown, the brilliant white unicorn traveled on, Stelli's hand giving the horse comfort. She wished for a hand that would give her comfort. It had been four years now, and still no sighting of her village, or of Rentill. The crunch of the Autumn leaves beneath Stella's hooves was the the only sound she had heard for a very long time. Her mind's thoughts of Rentill's voice would never do him justice.
She then heard something out of the ordinary in this large wooded area. Her pointy ears twitched. Running water. Stelli pressed the heels of her boots into Stella's sides, causing the majestic creature to pick up speed to wards the sound. Soon, she found a beautiful sight.
Beneath a canopy of low hanging branches rested a rock wall. From there, spurted thousands of streams of water, the largest stream falling from the crest of the wall, causing the most magnificent waterfall. She had seen beauty before, having the gift of producing it, but nothing like this.
With awe in her eyes, she jumped down from Stella, staring at the magnificent sight. The full moon behind her cast a glow around the area, catching the water and making a natural lit setting that made her just want to cry. She pulled off her boots, and she gently placed the tips of her pink little toes into the bank of the water. The waterfall leaked into a large pond that was bordered by the rock wall, the only entrance being that from which she came.
The pond then lead out into a babbling creek, running over multicolored stones and leading off into the rest of the forest. She smile, slipping her legs further into the chill water.

Not to far from where she was at a creature was ontop of the waterfall's edge on the sore beside it was what looked like to be a magestic creature known as a griffin. It wasn't the normal brown you would think of,but it was a bright green color with different shades of green blinding it together into his coat/fur/and feathers. It was hunting fish to eat in the water and it didn't seem that the pull of the waterfall was bothering him any as he stuck his head in and out of the water to revile a fish in his mouth that he quickly gulped down.It seemed he was alone, but he wasn't a young man was laying by a rock on the sore asleep.

The young elf was oblivious to the creature that kept grabbing food as she gazed around her. She took off several of her weapons, and some of the armor that she had gathered, leaving her in her skirt and corset. With that, she sank into the water, the cool water flowing around her. She floated on her back, and that's when the moonlight gave her a look at the griffon and the man that slept soundly beside the creature.
She sank her body beneath the dark water, and then watched the creature. It was grabbing food, and food sounded splendid. She quietly got out of the water, placing on all the rest of her armor and small weapons that she had. Grabbing the ribbon that had barely held her hair together before, she now pulled up her soaked hair, the white and pink strips going into a long pony tail that swayed behind her as she made her way up the rock wall. She had her bow tied to her, giving her easy movement as she climbed and jumped from the rocks.

The creature had no idea the girl or her ride was even down there he was more worried about getting food and eating since it had been awhile since they had stopped elt alone ate and it had been awhile since they had came to a water sorce it had seemed they had travled forever before they found this. The man slept while the creature feed and soon he would wake up to hunt some fish as well and cook it before they was on there way.He shifted slightly in his sleep as he groaned slightly in his sleep as he begain to wake up he seemed to have gotten enough sleep for now.He streached slightly before he looked at his compainion."Mmmm you still eating....you bottomless pit?"He joked unaware that they had been seen.

Soon enough, the youngling pulled herself up there. She swung her leg over the lip of the rock wall, pushing with all her might to get her over the side. She rolled in the grass, looking at the river that continued in the direction that she was looking. She gazed over at the two before taking a peek down the hill she just climbed. She saw Stella resting beside the pond and she nodded, glad that her mount had stayed down there instead of trying to find her way up to Stelli.
Stelli stood up and brushed herself off, moving towards the man and the bird type creature. What was that? It looked like a gryphon, but she was positive that the thing was green, and she had never seen that coloration on a gryphon. She stepped a bit closer before she voiced her presence. "Um, hello," she said softly, bow in her hand with arrow at the ready in case that they weren't friendly.

The griffon jumped slightly at the sudden noise and the man jumped as well before he turned and looked at the girl a bit shocked to see her as well as her bow and arrow."Um...hi..."The man said before he looked at the griffion before he put his hand up at him to tell him to clam down before he did something stupid. The big creature screached at the girl slightly as it moved in the water slightly a bit distribed in his hunting, but watch the girl intently to see what she would do.
"Um may I help you with something?"The man asked softly.

She felt her muscles tighten when the griffin screached at her. She was almost sure that Stella would have heard that noise. Stelli blinked, the pink elf relaxing her bow and arrow, the weapon still ready to shoot, but not drawn like it had just been previously. "Oh, well, I saw that you were sleeping, and that your...griffin...was eating. I figured that maybe we could trade or something. I'm not good at fishing," she said quietly, her words spaced out and twinged with an odd accent. She spoke a separate language, one that elves spoke, giving her a weird accent that most humans couldn't place. She took a few steps closer, looking at the two of them once more. "I have things that you may want," she said quietly, not mentioning that her gift could be one of those things.

"Not sure if you have anything we might need, but since you are offering what is it..you have to offer?"He asked her curiously before he looked at the griffion"So...want to get us both some..I'm starving?"He asked his friend slightly.
The griffiion chocked his head at him and watched the girl a bit uneasy with the bow and nodded his head slightly before he wentback into the water a bit to do some more fishing.
"You gotta excuse him..it's bee awhile since we rested or anything"He added to her softly.

She moved closer and sat down very cautiously on a rock that was rather pointy. She bit down on her lip and grabbed a little sack that rested gently on her thigh. "Well, I have some tools, and I have a few medicines," she muttered first, fishing through her bag to find a few vials of medicines and a couple needles used for stitching. "Where are you from?" she asked, dumping out her bag and showing him everything that she had to offer. The pink elf sat very quietly, examining the man and the creature.

"Not really sure....I was three when he found me...and we been travling ever since.....I think something happened to my family and the villege was burned or something...hard for me to rmember..."He added as a fish or two was tossed up on the sore and he looked to her medicines and needles for stichingn and sighed"Mmmm nah...don't really need any of that....,but that's ok thanks anyways"He said to her softly as he walked over to the fish and placed them on a near by rock before he begain to make a place for a fire before he sent a spark to some brush with the snap of his fingers as it light on fire and he placed the fish ontop of the top of the fire to cook."Hope you like your fish cooked or do you like them rare?"He asked her curiously."Sorry I couldn't answer more....I just cna;t rmember"He added.

She just nodded, picking up the things she had. She wasn't one to really keep much. She was very good at living off the land. Except when it came to fishing, and you got very tired of deer and squirrels very quickly. She grabbed her needles, placing them neatly into the bag and strapping it back to her thigh. "Oh yes, cooked please," she mumbled, knowing that her stomach couldn't handle the thought of eating a raw animal. Even one that could be eaten raw. Sort of like sushi.
She looked up, absentmindedly twiddling her thumbs. "That's alright. It's understandable. Where are you heading to then?" she asked, looking back at the unicorn that suddenly galloped closer. Stella had heard, just as she had imagined, and the strong-willed horse found a way up to the tall fixture. "This is Stella," she said quietly, as the unicorn came over and nudged Stelli's cheek. "And, I'm Stelli."

He nodded"I'm Kedo and this is Odin..nice to meet you Stelli and Stella and not sure....I don't know any names of any places around or close by or anything...you could call me wild if ya want....I don't really have money for an inn or anything like that so I usually just travle with Odin and keep each other company he catches the food I cook it more or less"He added as he cooked the fish.
"So what about you?"He asked.

Stelli watched him for a few moments, and then shrugged. "Just searching for my long lost village. Hasn't been that much fun," she muttered, lightly picking at the grass that was around. She bit her lip, lightly touching her pointer finger to the grass. Suddenly, a pretty flower started to bloom from the grass. She smiled briefly, looking up from that and back to him. She hadn't used her power in a while, and this place needed some bright colors.

"Good luck is all I can say it's to quiet around here haven't seen anyone, but you for days ...I suspose there is little people around now a days...some mass destructive force might of killed a lot of people"He added as he looked at the flower that bloomed.

She just shook her head, her mind trailing off on thinking about the wars and attacks she had seen. "No, I'm sure they're go off into villages. The world can't be void of people," she said quietly. She reached down and picked up the flower, twisting it in between her pink fingers. She looked up then. "You know, I'm sure that we could travel together. I mean, you seem reliable," she joked, Stella moving to lay down next to her caretaker. Stelli smiled, rubbing the base of the pretty unicorn's horn. "You can fish, I can hunt, and we can just travel around. I have no idea where to go, and you just seem like you're on an adventure."

He laughted"An adventure I suspose so...and maybe even though I am used to travling alone..,but that sounds good enough so which way are ya heading?"He asked ehr curiously.

She smiled and shrugged. "I came from that direction," she said softly, pointing off in the way that she came. "There's a pond down there," she said, pointing off into the river that fell over the rocks.
She wasn't much for traveling with others, but it had been a very long time since she had human contact, and well, Rentill had probably given up on Stelli. She frowned, remembering Rentill. Her mind went off in a tangent, remembering all the times they had. While she thought, her mind took on a blank expression, her eyes wide and bright as she remember the last night they had seen each other.

She snapped back into consciousness, and frowned. "Um, yeah. Let's go that way," she said, pointing off to the left. They would need to get a map or something as soon as the could. This guessing and checking thing just wasn't working out for the two of them.

He nodded and looked at Odin"Come on boy...stop playing around"He added.
Odin screached at him slightly as he shook his head still eating and hunting some fish.
"Blah fine you big stupid bird..."He said and looked at the girl"Well the fish is done help yourself"He added.
